Troy Cassel serves as Mobile Health’s Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity, he oversees all components of the New York City business and leads the Customer Service and Operations teams that support all Mobile Health product offerings. He has previously served as the Director of Operations and Technology and the Director of Special Projects during his tenure at Mobile Health.
Prior to joining Mobile Health, he has served in various operational, finance, and project management leadership roles within the healthcare consulting industry and for large, international non-profit organizations.
He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and remains involved as a volunteer mentor at the College. Troy Cassel is a former member of the Victory Fund Campaign Board. He has also served as a gubernatorial appointee to the Pennsylvania Architecture Board and on the board of directors of the Mazzoni Center, a community health care clinic in Philadelphia.
