As the flu vaccination 2013-2014 season winds down, Mobile Health will no longer be offering flu vaccines. This is a result of vaccine expiration dates and seasonal decrease in flu activity during the summer months.
In preparation for the 2014-2015 flu season, we now offer automatic batch scheduling for Flu Shot Express appointments.
What does this mean?
You can schedule 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000 or more employees for a flu vaccine with one click. Our client portal will automatically assign everyone a date, time, and location for vaccination. If an employee needs a different appointment, a Mobile Health Flu Project Manager will handle the rescheduling.
Within the client portal, immediate reports are available to help manage and coordinate your program. This includes automatic daily:
- Schedule report of all employees scheduled and their appointment information.
- No-show report of all employees who missed their appointments.
- Vaccination report of all employees who were vaccinated and the required details by the DOH.
Flu Shot Express batch scheduling starts on September 2nd 2014 and is available for all agency pay vaccination appointments. To allow proper scheduling time, the deadline for batch registration is July 31st, but appointment fulfillment is on a first come, first served basis.
Appointment times are available on weekday evenings and weekends, and visits takes less than 15 minutes!
This is a fully managed, hands-free flu program. A dedicated Flu Shot Manager will be assigned to your agency who will track appointment changes, reporting questions, and help with your outreach program.
