Wage Parity Clarity Symposium a Massive Success!

Thank you for making our 2nd wage parity clarity symposium an enlightening and exciting event!

The entire process was very well run and the wait time between the different procedures was short. I was very impressed that the staff made the effort to learn some basic Chinese to help patients.

Garden City, Long Island– Earlier today, a hundred representatives from home care agencies across Long Island came together at Mobile Health’s Second Wage Parity symposium.

Held in order to learn about the changes to Long Island’s wage parity benefit rates, the symposium saw an excellent turnout from local home care agencies. Attendees were treated to a complimentary continental breakfast as the most pressing issues of Wage Parity changes were discussed.

Andrew Shulman, Mobile Health’s CEO, discussed the opportunities for promoting healthier workforces and healthier businesses while the audience enjoyed the stellar atmosphere of the Cradle of Aviation Museum’s planetarium.

All parties found the event stimulating and fulfilling, and many left the event satisfied and eager to implement a wage parity solution for their business.

Mobile Health would like to thank its partners in the event, FordHarrison and TSG Financial, who presented on major issues facing home care agencies like how to stay compliant and competitive as well as solutions to the challenges the new wage parity laws present home care agencies across Long Island.

Most of all, Mobile Health would like to thank the home care agencies and vendors who attended the event. Your participation made for an engaging and productive discussion about wage parity.

However, if you missed out, you can look forward to Andrew Shulman’s talk on wage parity appearing on Youtube in the very near future. If you’d like it sooner, contact us, and we’ll send you a link.
